Our client is Australia's largest boat and pleasure craft insurance providers, established 35 years ago. They are looking to recruit a customer service focused individual to assist the Office Manager and Credit Team to ensure that customer service standards and credit control guidelines are met. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Create excellence in service delivery by listening to the needs of the customer
- Proactively develop and maintain business partner relationships and strategic partnerships
- Provide high level debt management through the monitoring of overdue payments through investigation
- Meet debt targets in accordance with company objectives
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate will have worked in a administration focused role previously and have a customer service focus. You will be a team player with very precis and clear communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing culture. A knowledge or interest in Boating would be an advantage however not essential.
