Prior experience in an accounts payable/receivable role is essential.
Use of MYOB will be seen as an advantage.

Credit control
Debt collection
Customer account queries
Daily Banking & statements
Customer contact (key focus)
Running Debtors report
Accounts Receivable
Reconciliation of accounts
Foreign exchange transaction
Invoice coding
Accounts Administration
Data Entry
General Administrative duties
Successful applicant should have good communication skills, at least 2 years local experience in accounts receivable role, computer literate, well- organized, strong attention to detail and a mature attitude is essential
