About our Client Employing over 300 people in W.A alone, this company is a very well known player in the mining, agriculture and construction industries. Involved with the building of key infrastructure Australia wide, they are the largest manufacturer of their product and are continually adding value to the community. Job Description Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will be to co-ordinate the Accounts Payable function for W.A, whilst supervising one other Accounts Payable officer. In addition to processing of invoices, you will also take charge of: - Year-end reporting
- Cash-flow reporting
- Accruals
- Implementing any policies or procedures
- Overseas payments
- Reconciliations
Furthermore, this 6-12 month fixed term contract will also see you as the Accounts Payable contact for auditors. Working hours are 7am -3:30pm five days per week. The Successful Applicant Ideally we are looking for someone with Accounts Payable supervisory experience who is able to provide a strong level of leadership. Those with SAP experience are encouraged to apply, as this is one of the core focuses to be implemented over the next year. Availability on short notice will be highly regarded.
