Talent2 is a successful HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) business providing software development, consulting, managed service and support service solutions. We are currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and you will be joining our highly engaged and motivated finance team in North Sydney.

You will be joining a new Manager who is passionate about Credit Management as a career. With a focus on collections, your clients will vary from small businesses to blue chip organisations, therefore a high level of relationship management is essential. You will enjoy the benefits of an ambitious and constantly developing company.

You will be highly organised with the ability to hit deadlines and take ownership of your clients. As an experienced Credit Controller you will ideally have AICM membership or similar affiliation but this is not essential. You will have excellent Excel skills and be confident in reporting and forecasting. As a team player you will be keen to be involved in the continuous improvement of our systems and processes as well as dedicated to your own personal development.
