For you to be successful in this job, you have to be proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. You also have to be adept at dealing with figures and have an aptitude for math.

Since there are so many things to do, you may find it challenging when you've just started on the job, but you will eventually get the hang of attending to all the tasks you have to do. Since this job will require you to deal with various kinds of people, you need to have good communication and interpersonal skills. The way you deal with and feel about your work is also important.
