          Account Administrator

They can also do a follow-up on clients or assist in cash flow management and financial reporting. This position requires flexibility in performing different administrative tasks, basic accounting roles, and other jobs. Account administrators should be adept in using different accounting software. The job may require keen eye for details, organizational skills, and ability to establish good relationships with clients and co-workers.

          Collection Officer

          The job of a collection officer is to keep track of accounting records. They conduct follow-ups on clients who have outstanding balances. Collection officers also prepare reports on these accounts, which could be the bases for legal action. This job title requires flexibility, patience, and organizational skills. Collection officers should also be persuasive. As good negotiators, they help ensure timely payments and may assist account managers.

          Bursar

          Bursars assume accounting roles and other business services tasks in schools and educational institutions. They may also conduct fund-raising to help the organization finance their projects and daily operations.

          Liquidator and Receiver

          The job of a liquidator and receiver is to provide business advisories. Their other jobs include helping the company comply with legal requirements for bankruptcies, business closures, and sales of assets.
