This is an exciting, fast paced and challenging role within this successful cosmetics company where you will be providing all round administrative support to a team of 6 people within the marketing department. They are a lively excitable team with lots of energy and ideas so you need to be of a similar calibre in order to fit in with their culture. Wallflowers need not apply! Your main responsibility will be providing administrative support and liaising with different departments within the company dealing with a variety of queries. The right candidate will work well within a team of friendly, sociable people with a work hard/play hard mentality. You will possess the ability to prioritise your workload and work well both autonomously and with direction. What the role will involve: - Typing and formatting of documents using Microsoft Word
- Handling internal queries and liaising with different teams
- Preparation of letters, correspondence and reports
- General administrative duties such as faxing, filing and photocopying
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinating recruitment for the Customer Support Centre
- Review and recommend policies and procedures to be implemented for administrative functions
- Answering and delegating phone calls and providing reception relief during lunchtime
- Minimum 4 years work experience within an administrative capacity
- Strong communication skills and a pro-active, creative approach
- Proven skills of working well under pressure
- An eye for detail and strong organisational ability
- Intermediate to advanced word and excel skills
- A fun, friendly personality with a good sense of humour
