An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Office Administrator. This role is to manage and measure daily activities to maximise client satisfaction and achievement of objectives against KPI targets, budgetary costs and service schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: - Monitor daily activities of all team members and take action where needed
- Preparation of reports for weekly meetings (these include sales reports, slow moving stock reports etc).
- Maintain the Hr functions of the businessInventory, sales and purchasing verification duties
- Support logistics and purchasing departments during high pressure business periods.
- Compilation of sales budgets for Perth head office
- Negotiation of contracts and monitoring of expenses budget
Your skills and experience includes: - Excellent IT skills, particularly excel.
- Experienced in FMCG industry with Food and logistics background.
- Hr and Management experience
- Negotiating skills.
- Strong personnel skills with ability to lead admin team by example.
