The Role

Our client is currently looking for someone like yourself, professional, reliable and friendly, to join their team on a permanent basis to be the face of their office. Within this role, your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting a range of clients (mining, resources and engineering), answering calls, emailing messages, collecting and distributing mail, invoicing and some accounts, serving tea and coffee, filing and general administrative duties as required.

You will be based within lovely newly refurbished offices in the heart of Milton. Only 5 minute walk from the train station, close to buses or there is off street parking.

Your Experience

Although training will be provided, it is still essential you have previous experience within a corporate office environment as a receptionist, accurate typing, be reliable and above all have a can do attitude. Experience using MYOB or similar is also essential.

A mature friendly outlook is essential for this role as you will be dealing with clients at all levels and cultures.

Please note this company is family friendly and will look at reduced hours however still requires 5 days per week.
