Support the Sales & Marketing team with their administration functions and enjoy working within a fun and dynamic team environment. Responsibilities - Assisting the Sales & Marketing team with ad hoc administration duties
- Diary Management
- Preparing letters to clients
- Filing
- Distributing faxes and emails
- Organising events
- Database maintenance

Essential skills - 1-2 years administration / customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Complete all tasks quickly and accurately
- Intermediate MS Office skills
You are proactive and eager to learn and up-skill in the online marketing space. With a natural flair for administration, and an eagerness to learn you genuinely enjoy putting in 110% in your role. With plenty of internal and external client liaison, you have exceptional communication and multitasking skills.
