Your key responsibilities will involve you operating a Digital Dictaphone typing, diary management, billing and further working with the bookkeeper. You will also be involved in screening telephone calls, monitoring emails, file management and will report directly to the two partners who run the firm.

 

The successful candidate will be very well organised, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have a passion or supporting their lawyers in the management of their very busy practice.

 

In return for your valuable experience and knowledge, you will be offered a base of $50 - $60k + Super + incentives. A genuine superstar will do even better.
