The academic requirement for online producer jobs is a bachelor's degree in advertising, computer science, communications, fine arts, information technology, or any other related field. Background in management, sales, and marketing is an advantage. Most employers will require you to have at least five years of previous experience as an editor in a print or an online media company before they consider you for the position. An experience in project management is also preferred by most employers.
