Automotive Service Advisor

Our client is a major, multi franchise new vehicle dealer located in Alice Springs, who also has other sites located in South Australia as well as the Territory. They are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced automotive service personnel for this very import ant role. In this role, you will report to the Service Manager and be the face of the Service Department for clients regarding their scheduled service needs. The computer system in use at this dealership is Reynolds & Reynolds and in total, there are around 40 plus staff in this workshop.

The ideal applicant for this role will either be a Service Advisor who desires a change of scenery, or will be a mechanic / leading hand that has the right mix of customer skills to be able to put down the tools and step up in to service administration.
 
An attractive remuneration package based on a negotiable retainer plus incentives will be discussed. Assistance is offered with relocation and standard superannuation is paid. The ideal candidate will be placed on an initial fixed term contract, probably of a two year period, which, upon completion, will attract a further bonus.
