This is a great opportunity to become part of a top four bank. As a Skip Trace Associate your role will be to collect on secured and unsecured debt through the effective location of previously uncontacta ble customers. You will be dealing with internal and external customers in order to contact customers who may be trying to avoid contact with you. With high volumes of accounts to work through in your portfolio you will be self motivated and organised and used to dealing with targets, KPIs and deadlines. Once you have located these customers, it is your role to collect on their debt before it reaches the 180 day mark. You will be held accountable for the decisions that are made in order to provide the most cost effective soution to the business and the best solution for the customer.

  • A high level of verbal and written communication

Previous experience in skip tracing is highly regarded but not essential.
