ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is an outstanding opportunity to join Australia's #1 Green Energy provider! Bring your exceptional strategic forecasting and numeracy skills to this unique and challenging role. Partnering with a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in securing the financial health of the business as you assist with: - preparing electricity and gas load forecasts and reports for the entire business
- analysing complex historical and current data
- building and enhancing forecasting modelling tools
- making recommendations and providing commentary on a range of complex technical issues
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS With your fantastic numerical and outstanding problem solving skills, you will shine in this role. You will also bring: - tertiary qualifications in Economics, Maths, Programming, or a related discipline
- 2+ years' exposure to energy and/or financial sectors
- system modelling/programming capabilities - UML, Visual basic, Oracle
- advanced MS Excel and spreadsheeting skills
- exceptional statistical abilities
