Your job will be full of variety and over time will certainly evolve if you bring your great attitude, enthusiasm and strong ability. Initially, the critical areas of your role will be:
Liaising with investors - you will be comfortable communicating with people at all levels and also with asking investors for their business. Marketing ? You will be responsible for coordinating seminars and events from creation, preparation and implementation, as well as, producing marketing products. MS Publisher skills are an advantage. Database Management ? Updating the client database and ensuring integrity of data. Administration ? Providing secretarial support to the team and other adhoc duties, with a real ?can do? attitude. Reporting ? You will be responsible for managing the financial reporting, which requires 100% accuracy and very proficient Excel skills. There is no margin for error.
You will bring a true passion for the funds management and financial services sector and love providing ideas for improving systems and processes as well as challenging the way things are done to improve efficiency or effectiveness. You will be hungry to learn. Apart from the potential for developing your career here, you will also enjoy coming to work every day to work alongside your team.
