Account Manager - Debtor Finance - CBD - up to 100K + Super

Working within the fast paced and rapidly expanding Invoice Finance area of one of Australia's largest banks this role will see you responsible for the efficient and effective management of credit risk and customer satisfaction.

In order for this to be achieved your primary responsibilities will include:

  • identifying, assessing , reporting and responding to signs of risk deterioration
  • formulating viable action plans for resolving customer facility or operational issues
  • liaising as appropriate with customers' executives and staff in relation to efficient ongoing use and operation of facilities
  • promoting solutions and practices that foster the good reputation and awareness of the Invoice Finance department
  • preparing and approving credit memorandum for customer Annual Reviews or facility variations
  • completing customer Field Reviews as appropriate
  • ensuring timely, effective and efficient operation of customer facilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong PC skills (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • demonstrated knowledge and experience in risk management
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • experience in customer interfacing and operational roles within either a business/corporate banking centre or debtor or asset based finance

Salary: up to 100K + Super
