            Computer skills are an advantage when applying for data entry clerk jobs. All text softwares have shortcut keys to allow faster editing and a person who has perfected this skill will definitely impress employers. It is a relatively easy task but it requires precision and accuracy. A simple typographical error will lead to problems especially when it involves cash flows, loans, and banking expenses. Proofreading is an important trait a data clerk must have to avoid the issues that come with data entry clerk duties.
