Kick start the new financial year in a career enlightening opportunity with one of the worlds largest Global Players and Dealer Groups in the financial services space.  Rarely are there roles with such variety, autonomy, team work, and the ability to technically analyze the efficiencies of financial planning practices with relationship development all rolled into one! 

As an Efficiency Development Consultant based out of the Queensland CBD Head Office, you will be focused on supporting an ever changing small number of practices within the dealer group to device ways to improve their efficiencies. Obviously this will start with building rapport with the practice heads upon meeting them, understanding their financial planning businesses, and the challenges and processes they currently follow.  This is followed by returning to the office to review and consult the rest of your team and brainstorm if need be ways to best practice their systems and processes.  You will either present your recommendations face-to-face to your client or over the phone, followed by ongoing training you will carry out with their key staff as per each individual need.  

You will managing several clients’ cases at a time and will be making a valued improvement in their businesses that you will be proud of for years to come!  Each case will be different, in the demand, the length of time invested and the complexity of the processes. 

You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule, with more flexibility than most roles. Only very occasional travel outside of the Brisbane/Sunshine Coast/Gold Coast areas is required at approx 4 times per year. A laptop, mobile phone and work car are provided together with a salary of approx $75,000 including super.  Take this opportunity to start the new financial year with new goals and an exciting focus!
