Our client is a leading design & construct building contractor who specialise in the construction of self storage, commercial, industrial and residential units. They are a growing company and have been established for over five years with offices in Australia and New Zealand.
A unique position has become available for an Architectural Draftsperson to join them on a permanent basis at their office located near the city's CBD
Your responsibilities will include:
Being point of contact for the consultant teams through the D&C process.
Undertake site investigations.
Architectural In House Design.
Coordinate Materials and some in house estimating for Partition Fit out.
Prepare tender packages for Sub-Contractor's.
Review and certify progress claims.
Development, Building Permit and Occupancy Permit Application.
Review of Shop Drawings for construction.
Administration and system development.
