- Plan and control the strategy and action of the estimator team

- Reviewing and incorporating detailed specifications and demands of clients or construction director
Qualification and RequirementsMost employers prefer applicants who have extensive experience in the field of construction estimation. This experience will ensure that the applicant is accustomed to the processes, equipment, and labour involved in construction projects. Depending on the company and project size, educational qualifications vary from a high school diploma, to college degrees in engineering, finance, or other related courses. Excellenent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are needed to be successful in this field. Compensation for this position is scaled to the qualification and experience of the applicant, as well as the size of the project at hand.
