One of Australia's top 150 companies, the firm employs people in commercial, industrial, residential development, construction, property investment and corporate support functions. The company has operations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. My client currently seeks somebody to join their research & development team within their busy residential division. Projects within this division primarily concentrate on medium density developments, land and housing estates. The successful applicant will be reviewing current building materials and methods with the goal in mind of improving these (cost and sustainability).

Ideally you will:

• Have had ample site experience, trade qualified Carpenters will be highly regarded
• Either have 5 years + drafting or estimating experience in the residential construction industry
• Experience working with a volume home builder is highly sorted.
• Tertiary qualifications in a building related field will also be highly regarded
• Be a team player, have high aspirations and be dynamic in all that you do.
