What you should have

To qualify for project manager jobs, some employers prefer you to have a diploma in project management or in any related field. Project managers have specialisation, thus, employers prefer that you have the qualifications for the particular area or assignment.

You must demonstrate broad knowledge of project development and management methods. You must also have an understanding of the goals of the company. Ability to manage a team is also useful. Leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills could help you keep your job.
