Since your job involves lots of social interactions, you need to improve your oral communication skills.You need a college degree in civil engineering, logistics, traffic management, or any other related field to qualify for traffic & transport manager jobs. You need a previous working experience of at least seven years in industrial transportation to qualify for traffic & transport manager jobs. Background in freight operations, passenger operations, physical distribution, project management, and transport planning is very important. Proficiency in computer applications is also an advantage.
