You will be responsible for;
- Providing management, leadership and training to staff
- Achieve Sales targets and deliver to budgets
- Establish clientele
- Monitor staffing levels and leave
- Ensure smooth operation of daily procedures
- Checking and placing incoming stock
- Communicating with the Business Manager on all important matters, business plans etc
- Regular visits to a number of stores in your portfolio
The ideal candidate will;
- Have solid experience in Store Management in the retail/fashion industries
- Be a high performer and be sales savvy
- Have experience in staff management and coaching
- Be a true team player.
