Hays are seeking customer service officers to work with a number of their clients reputable companies. Many of these highly successful companies are in areas such as Publishing, Utilities and Automotive alongside Banking, Finance and Superannuation.

All the above roles are actively recruiting and require you to adequately solve all customer quires, all possible problems and up sell and cross sell products where required. In these roles the successful candidate must posses drive and motivation to work within a team environment and achieve set targets. All candidates must have a proven customer service background and an excellent phone manner.

The salary for these roles are between 37-40k plus super and you must be flexible to work between the hours of 8-8 Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday. These roles are to start immediately.
