Flexible customer service consultants are currently in demand. We currently have an overwhelming demand for credit control officers to work in both Eastern and Central CBD locations. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic and passionate about credit management and progressing their career within financial services. Responsibilities include outbound calling to existing customers, collection of outstanding debts and achieving a promise to pay agreement from the customer. Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills are essential, however a strong results focus is equally important. In return our client will provide ongoing training and nurture your career path. Previous experience in the collections arena is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.
