Thers is now an opportunity for a enthusiastic and proactive professional to join their Customer Service team in Brisbane. As Customer Service Supervisor you will lead your team to help travel card holders with their enquiries, this could include; card registration, transit fare adjustments, card replacement requests, card cancellation requests, patron refund requests and performing associated research which will involve outbound and inbound calls.
To be successful in this role you will possess proven call centre and leadership experience. You will also have the ability to focus on detail and multi-task, good organizational and customer service skills, self motivation and an ability to prioritize and follow-up. You will also have an excellent, personable phone manner. Your previous senior customer service experience in banking or similar environment will be the key to your success in the role.
