ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an exciting and challenging position for an individual who seeks to provide high quality of customer service.
Your challenges will include:
- Coordinate activities of the customer service team where necessary
- Support the customer service team with problem solving
- Constant review of customers incident reports to ensure all delivery errors are addressed and corrected immediately
- Assist all managers and sales representatives in any requirements relating to customer service
- Resolving of any processing problems related to customer orders in SAP
- Assist finance department in resolving non payments relating to order issues
- Daily production of invoices on a national level
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a team player with a professional "can-do" attitude, who has a passion for building great relationships both internally and externally. In addition to this, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong eye for detail and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are required.
You will be use your previous:
- Experience as a Customer Service Team Leader
- Strong computer and analytical skills (including SAP)
- Self motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and proactive & positive attitude
- SAP environment experience
