With over half a century of experience providing debt collection and legal services to clients nationally, an opportunity for an accomplished call centre Team Leader has presented itself due to growth and restructure.

This is an accountable position and it will see you proactively involved in all areas of team leadership and development. Your role will have you setting effective strategies and personal goals with your teams, focusing on KPIs and Reporting, as well as maximising staff capabilities and performance management.

The ideal candidate for this role brings a history of demonstrated success in a leadership role within a contact centre, preferably within the collections or financial sector.
