Electronic jobs workers, especially electronic engineers, must have a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or in any related course. Electro-technology associates, on the other hand, must have graduated from a vocational or technical institute and learned mechanical, technical, or electronic engineering. Furthermore, all electronic jobs workers need licenses and several years of training in similar jobs.

Electronic jobs workers must have satisfactory hand-to-eye coordination, be physically fit, and have clear vision. Electronic jobs workers must also be able to work independently or with teams. Moreover, electronic jobs workers should have excellent skills in mathematics, computers, analysis and problem solving.
