COMPANY
My client is an established supplier of electrical and mechanical components and products to industrial markets Nation wide, offering a complete range of automation, flexible cables & connectors, conduit, safety & control products and engineering services through to OEM\'s, Contractors, Distributors, End Users and Consultants.  In existence in the Australian market place for almost twenty years, they have experienced significant growth over the past twelve months leading to the creation of this new exciting sales opportunity in Perth.

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Due to forecasted growth and expansion, a new Sales Representative\'s position has become available in Western Australia. The main function of this role will be to developing potential new business opportunities specifically through OEM\'s, End Users and Distributors in the Perth market, as well managing existing account relationships through these areas- driving demand and securing project business, as well as transactional day to day business.   This role has a heavy emphasis on solution selling, working closely with clients, assessing requirements and providing suitable and workable solutions and ensuring the provision of effective customer service and support. 

CANDIDATE
Your background will ideally include; proven & successful external sales experience within the electrical industry.  A sound knowledge of the Perth market and an active contact base will be a huge advantage.  You will have a sound technical aptitude, ideally supported by an Electrical trade or tertiary qualification, however this is not essential.  You will have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build, develop and maintain tangible business relationships.  You will be energetic & enthusiastic, with the proven ability to operate in an autonomous role with minimal supervision.  

REWARDS
The successful applicant will receive a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commission, as well as the opportunity to establish yourself with a leading and progressive National organisation!
