With a background including establishing and building client relations or Insurance claims/ assessing you now have the opportunity to move up the ladder into a Management Role.
You will spend time conducting site inspections to monitor the quality of site work whilst maintaining deadlines and working relationships with sub-contractors.
You will have great communication skills to ensure that the critical factors for the job are understood and time frames are met.
The ability to continually suggest and implement ideas that will improve performance, service quality and working conditions, involving staff and encouraging input at all levels.
