Ready for something different? With a good grounding in Home & Motor claims, you have refined your technical knowledge & people skills. This role offers a move away from the traditional claims environment but allows you to retain your experience.
Your objective is to gather relevant information and to provide advice using dispute resolution procedures, the Insurance Contracts knowledge of ACT, Insurance Code of Practice & other relevant legislation.
Enquiries are varied from claims decisions & procedures to underwriting decisions & related administration. Your days will be kept busy; however you still get to go home at 5 o'clock. Your colleagues have similar backgrounds to yours and work well as a team. Training is provided by buddying with 1 or 2 other experienced team members.
