- Scope of current insurance coverage in relation to existing and proposed initiatives
- Risk mitigation strategies
- Review of insurance & indemnity clauses for Outsourcing/Third Party arrangements
- Management of third party service providers both locally & overseas in UK & other markets to new business processes
- Develop, implement and manage insurance frameworks/processes and policies across the group, to meet external insurance reporting requirements.
- Achieve best available terms for insurance renewals by working with brokers and underwriters
- Development of appropriately structured insurance programs through constant search for "world best practice" within own area of responsibility
With excellent communication and influencing skills and proven abilities in handling major risks including large complex insurance claims you will be dealing with a range of departments including legal, compliance, regulatory as well as global executives and board committees across the world A strong relationship manager you are experienced in dealing with Insurance Advisors and other external parties and have the ability to develop, implement and manage insurance processes and policies across the group delivering value and service to your customers. A team player you are also able to work fully autonomously. A qualified Lawyer you will probably be in a Financial Services arena ( Broking/ Banking/Insurer) or in a legal practice handling major financial institution clients.
