Not to be missed opportunity to work within a large proactive and improvement focussed payroll team. This large organisation would like to meet people who enjoy the more complex payroll related functions including analysis, systems development and change management. Typically you will :-

  • Handle escalated, more complex payroll matters
  • Review, improve and develop existing systems
  • Manage all payroll rejections and exceptions
  • Calculate and manage redundancies and terminations
  • Perform complex reconciliations
  • Engage in payroll related projects
  • Advise senior managers in relation to remuneration and benefits and their cost implications
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
  • Liaise internally with other payroll teams  

You will be a proactive individual with a proven strong background in payroll. You should be looking for the next step in your career and have a desire to specialise in the payroll area. You must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of a large ERP system such as Peoplesoft, SAP or Oracle will be highly regarded.
