Change Manager- National Homelessness Reform Project

Working on a national reform, you will develop and implement best practice change strategies for the Remote Indigenous Housing project.  You will also be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and driving the delivery of all change management activities, ensuring that stakeholders and key project partners are engaged in the project planning process and setting up systems to enable managers to implement Homelessness Action project plans to timeframes.

Key requirements:
 
- Proven capabilities in  large scale change project implementations preferably within the NSW government human service sector
- Extensive experience and knowledge in project and change management standards
- Knowledge and understanding of best practice principles associated with significant policy, project and change development and implementation including change management methodologies such as ADKAR/Prosci
-  Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex information, plan effectively, identify risks and mitigation strategies to produce results
-  Excellent oral and written communication skills
