Qualifications

Relevant fields such as programming and computing science are preferred, but an equivalent in training and experience can also be considered. Experience requirements depend on the rank. Junior programmer jobs are often available to new graduates, who may then move up to senior programmer or other higher positions after gathering sufficient work experience.
