Leadership Training

Leadership training involves sessions, courses, and activities that aim to help professionals (especially managers, supervisors, and team leaders) see or enhance their leadership potentials, and what they can do to become effective leaders and role models in their respective fields.

Leadership training or leadership development training utilizes various techniques to carry out the goals of the program. Some of the most common techniques employed in leadership training programs are group discussions, group activities, self-awareness programs, personal coaching, and self-reflection. Leadership training is also beneficial for those who want to see their potential as future leaders, since the program also emphasizes development planning for the enrichment of skills, capabilities, and budding leadership traits.

Some of the important qualities that managers, supervisors, and team leaders are expected to possess by the end of leadership training sessions are: optimism, cooperation, determination, result-orientation, commitment, entrepreneurial drive, initiative, self-awareness, technical skills, charismatic inspiration, and openness to communication.
