Air force jobs
Although most people think of air force pilots and officers when they encounter air force jobs, pilots actually comprise a small percentage of the air force personnel. Aside from pilots and officers, there are other significant air force jobs available, such as maintenance crew, satellite operators, communications crew, medical personnel, administrative personnel, and many others.
However, air force pilots remain to be one of the most well-known air force jobs today. Since air force pilots work to defend countries, they work under a government contract. Their tasks involve both non-combat and combat procedures and operations, and as such, are required to go through specialized training.
Some of the usual requirements for air force pilots are visual acuity, physical wellness (no history of allergies, asthma, and hay fever), a bachelor?s degree (especially at a pilot training school or air force school), and obtain a passing score for required examinations such as aptitude tests and qualifying exams.
