The Engine Management- Fuel Systems division requires someone with specialist knowledge. Youll have extensive experience managing a category or a portfolio of fuel or engine related product lines.

 

This client is seen as the go to business for most specialist techni cal automotive components. They source manufacturers locally and overseas that are happy to commit to making products of the required quality and specifications to import and distribute through various wholesale and retail networks.

 

Youll be responsible for the ongoing development and updating of support material for your various clients and services teams. Similar material will be required for access online and print for distribution network & retail staff. 

 

Ideally you will be abreast of all ranges of vehicles and be aware of what models are coming out of their warrant periods, preventative maintenance requirements and what ongoing issues dealers have faced during the warranty periods. Youll need to be on top of this to ensure you have all the knowledge and parts available to you and your client base as retail clients start to migrate from dealers back to automotive spare parts outlets.

 

Youll be responsible for budgets, stock holdings and your divisions bottom line. As such, youll need to have significant experience with the product ranges relating to engine and fuel managements systems and components. 

 

Remuneration for such a role will be determined by your industry experience, sales & marketing ability but most importantly your vast technical and specialist knowledge of Engine Management Systems.
