The maritime union of Australia has confirmed that the sacked workers on the Triton customs vessel docked in Darwin have been issued with trespass notices.
The seafarers refused to leave the ship after being sacked last week.
The union and the ships owner will seek a solution today when they meet with the UK based owner Gardline, already declaring that the men wouldn't be reinstated having hired replacements for the sacked workers.
The Triton is leased by the australian customs service and provides border controls for the Northern Territory and protects Australian waters from illegal foreign fishing.
