Jobs in customer service require unique individuals who enjoy working to help others with their needs. You must be capable of interacting with people under pressure while remaining cordial, and being able to display confidence in your own abilities is a must.

Customer service jobs can range from call centre jobs to shop front operations to managerial roles. You could move your way up to heading an entire office of tele sales workers merely by demonstrating your talents in excellent customer service.
