Are you an experienced Operations & Maintenance Technician (OMT) in the Power Generation industry or have the transferrable skills in Gas Turbine maintenance and looking for the right opening to get into the industry? Due to a recent vacancy, an excellent opportunity to join the Operations Team has become available. The role will be residentially based in North Western Australia.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in maintaining heavy rotating plant and ideally gas turbines (aero or industrial). It is essential that you possess relevant mechanical trade qualifications and at least 6 years post-trade experience with strong fault finding, trouble shooting and problems solving skills. DCS/Advant control system knowledge would be an advantage.

Your role as an OMT is to facilitate the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the power station plant in order to maximise its reliability and availability for commercial operation. You will contribute to developing business systems, commissioning of new plant equipment, management of service contracts, supervision of contractors and the development and implementation of maintenance strategies.
