Safety Training

Safety training refers to the type of education that is intended as a preparation for risks, hazards, accidents, and other unexpected occurrences. Safety training aims to teach people about the proper way to react and the right actions to follow in times of crisis and catastrophe.

The safety trainers teach their participants to prepare for the occurrence of unexpected circumstances, to stay focused even in times of emergency, to think quickly yet clearly during moments of trouble, and to take the necessary steps to prevent failure or avoid danger.

The different safety training programs may include mine job risk analysis, safety induction programs, construction safety awareness, radiation safety, hazard identification, toxicology, ergonomics, electrical safety, first aid, workplace inspections, and incident investigation reporting.

The people who sign up for safety training classes or join safety training organizations are usually project managers, firefighters, safety engineers, policemen, risk managers, paramedics, and other company employees.
