This fast growing media enterprise is looking for a new edge in the sales area of their business.  This National newsgroup provides local newspapers around Australia, being a business that focuses heavily on customer service as well as gaining a marketing edge over their competitors.  This position seeks a Sales Manager that will focus on selling advertising to the local market around Brisbane.

Based in Brisbane as a sales executive you role will entail maintaining growth revenues as well as control costs to ensure more profitability for the business.  You will have the added challenge of developing an existing team of 6 Sales Executives.  This will involve setting targets, delivering training, negotiating agreements as well as assisting them to be highly successful.

The successful candidate will be seeking an on-going challenge whether that be in the field or in the office with the sales team.  The applicant will need to have experience in selling advertising, as well as managing and motivating sales teams.  Customer service in this position is paramount along with the ability to built excellent rapport with clients.

This media enterprise is looking for a leading individual that is not afraid to take the sales management side of the business to the next level.
