Major sports and entertainment company is in the midst of rolling out an approved program of works over the next 3 years. Due to the sheer volume of active jobs, an additional pair of hands is needed. This is where you step in, as a competent and pragmatic Project Manager, you will take a lead role managing a number of these projects . As part of a small, but tight knit team, you will provide guidance, advice and direction on a number of projects valued anywhere from $50k to $5m across 40 locations right around Victoria.

Some of your duties are:

• Project Management of a diverse range of capital projects from inception to completion
• Site visits
• Manage key milestones
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, end user groups and consultants
• Manage cost, budgets and program estimates
• Manage design and QA
• Tender reviews, Tender management, contracts management and documentation
• Reporting

What do you need?

• Civil Engineering degree (Preferable but not essential)
• Proven track record of at least 3 years experience working on infrastructure projects
• Sound written and oral communication skills
• Superior stakeholder management
• Sound computer skills
