Small homely centre in the Inner West is looking for a Director

This 35 place centre, has three rooms catering for children from 0-5. There are 5 babies, 10 toddlers and 20 preschoolers. The centre is open from 7.00am-6.00pm, and staff either work from 8.30-4.30 or 9.00-5.00, on a shift basis. The centre follows the Emergent Curriculum and also the Reggio Emillio approach. It is a family orientated centre, with friendly staff and a supportive nature.

The right candidate, will have at least a years Directing experience, and will also be able to work as an authorised supervisor. They will have excellent management and communication skills. It is essential that they are familiar with regulations, legislation and QIS Systems. It is also essential that they have their first aid certificate.

This role will involve teaching responsibliities also, so would suit a director who also wants to spend a lot of time with the children.
