PCYC currently has a vacancy for casual Children Activities Officer to work in their Vacation Care Centre at Tamworth PCYC.
If you are energetic and have a passion for childcare and are available to work flexible hours then you are encouraged to apply.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in the room and ensure that staff and children leave the centre clean and tidy each day, this may include vacuuming, washing dishes and other cleaning tasks as required. Ensure that nutritious food and drink is available to the children for afternoon tea, prepare afternoon teas. Assist in the implementation of the centres program including setting up and packing up activities as required. Assist with the collection of children from local schools Behaviour Management Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record of the above duties in their application to be considered for the position.
